Eating Our Own Young: A Cost/Benefit Analysis* - my favorite piece. My goal was to do an updated take on the satirical A Modest Proposal, this time addressing the issue of overpopulation rather than poverty, delivered via a Sociology paper written by a theoretical college student of the future.

Serial Killer Artwork* - an analysis of the interesting trend among convicted serial killers to turn to creative pursuits, and among "ordinary" people to purchase said pursuits.

Enter the Porn Squad* - more satire, this time in response to the creation of an FBI unit assigned solely to pursuing legal action against creators of pornography. For the record, the term "Porn Squad" is not my own.

The Tao of Virginity* - my first proposed piece for Deek Magazine; a sadly non-satirical look at my particular social life thus far. Some sort of too-much-information warning might have been appropriate here, but that's what you get for reading my website.

The Next Renaissance - a brief analysis of "what's wrong with the world", per the guidelines of a local contest called the Paper Riot Project. I may have gone a bit broad.

Waiting - a short story I wrote during college, based on the love/hate relationship between myself and my roommate at the time; my secondary goal being a story where nothing really happens, a la Clerks. It eventually became my second short film, which can be found in the Video section.

The Spectaculars - another story from college, this one a comic story submitted to Dark Horse's Strip Search contest, with art provided by the awesome Charles Reid. Continuing my "nothing happens" phase, the premise, essentially, was "comic book characters talking like comic book readers".

Blog Archive - like it says; a repository of all my blog entries from here and my old LiveJournal.
